Sadler Health Awareness Week is this week. It is a reminder to always take time to look at our own health and also check in with those around us.

Cigna International published research at the beginning 2021 that showed 86% of adults were feeling stressed by the COVID-19 pandemic. This is a worrying statistic that must be addressed. It has been noticeable that sadler health discussions have become more frequent over the past months. I believe this will continue, even as the effects of the pandemic diminish.

As many others, I used the chance to exercise and get outside as a way to cope with the endless work and life changes that occurred during the months of lockdown. As the situation settles in some areas of the world, I will have to work hard wood ranch Affinity Health And Wellness to keep the good habits that I learned during this time and find new ways to improve my sadler health as the pandemic continues.

Our Body & Mind app will help me keep track of my health and give me a gentle push when I slip. Because I have seen the positive impact it has on my health and that of my family, friends, and colleagues, I made a promise to keep an eye on my sadler health. Many of us work from home and are now physically distant from our colleagues. It is important to take the time to get to know one another and to encourage social interaction. This will help maintain a sense of collegiality and a sense of connection, as well as fight social isolation.

Despite the fact that sadler health and well-being were more widely discussed prior to the pandemics, there has been an increase in the number of people who are taking steps to improve their lives. COVID-19, in some ways, has been a catalyst to positive innovation in this area and has encouraged widespread adoption of these tools. Our business has seen an increase in virtual sicker consultations. Sadler health is still stigmatized. I am encouraged that virtual health acceptance will increase and allow more people access the support they need.
